About Us
Located in Harris County Texas. Near the intersection of Cypress North Houston and Eldridge Parkway. First incorporated in 1978, re-incorporated in 1993. Operating in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings and Public Information Acts.
Our Work
We work together to preserve our subdivision. As we are a private subdivision we maintain our own streets, and front fence.
All Officers and Directors are volunteers.
Privacy of a Homeowner’s Records “Section 209.005 of Texas Property Code exempts certain records of a Subdivision Association concerning individual Lot Owners or employees of the Subdivision Association from inspection and copying by another Lot Owners..”

Architectural: Copies of your submittal's and approvals or rejections
Deed Restrictions Violations: Warnings and “209 Letters”
